摘 要:在云南省普洱市益智乡、糯扎渡乡和威远乡采集滇黄精样品36份,采用大田种植和林下种植两种模式,测定两种种植模式下不同种植年限(3、4、5和6 a)的产量,及其折干率、浸出物及多糖含量。结果显示:两种种植模式下,种植3~6 a生滇黄精块径数量为7~17.33个/株,鲜重为0.36~1.17 kg/株,折干率为18.87%~33.33%;两种种植模式均是5 a生产量最高,且大田模式产量高于林下模式;大田模式4 a生滇黄精折干率最大值为24.39%,而林下模式4 a生滇黄精折干率最大值为33.33%;大田模式浸出物明显高于林下模式,且6 a生采收时,最大值可达到91.8%;林下模式多糖含量(13.74%~17.40%),整体高于大田模式多糖含量(9.10%~13.52%)。Thirty-six samples of Polygonatum kingianum were collected from Yizhi Township,Nuozhadu Township and Weiyuan Township,all in Pu’er City.Two types of planting patterns,field planting and under forest planting,were used,and their growing year were 3,4,5 and 6.Yield,drying rate,extracts and polysaccharide content were tested.The results showed that:under the 2 planting patterns,the tuber number of P.kingianum at the growing year 3-6 is 7-17.33 per plant,fresh weight 0.36-1.17 kg,and drying rate 18.87%-33.33%.Among of which,the highest yield occoured at the growing year 5 for both planting patterns.The yield of the field planting pattern is higher than that of the under forest planting pattern.The maximum drying rate of the field planting pattern is 24.39% at the growing year 4,while that of the under forest planting pattern 33.33% at the growing year 4.The extracts of the field planting pattern is remarkably higher than those of the under forest planting pattern,but the maximum value of the extracts can reach up to 91.8% when to be harvested at the growing year 6.The Polysaccharide content of the under forest planting pattern(13.74%-17.40%)is higher than that of the field planting pattern(9.10%-13.52%).
