摘 要:喀斯特地区土壤钙含量较高,而土壤碳酸钙可能与丛枝菌根菌丝体相互作用影响非根际土壤理化性质。为探讨非根际土壤中丛枝菌根菌丝体及碳酸钙对不同粒径土壤团聚体氮、磷养分的影响,通过2个连体隔室(根际土壤隔室和非根际土壤隔室)组成的装置,对根际土壤隔室进行接种丛枝菌根真菌处理,对非根际土壤隔室进行施加以及不施加碳酸钙处理,最终将收获的非根际土壤隔室的土壤分为<0.25 mm、0.25~1 mm、1~2 mm、>2 mm共4个土壤粒径进行研究分析。结果显示:丛枝菌根菌丝体和碳酸钙提高了<0.25 mm和>2 mm的土壤全氮含量,对中粒径土壤则影响不显著;碳酸钙能够显著提高较大粒径土壤中碱解氮的含量,但菌丝体对土壤碱解氮的效应不显著;丛枝菌根菌丝体在不添加碳酸钙处理下能显著提高>2 mm的土壤全磷含量,对较大粒径如>2 mm土壤的有效磷含量具有调节作用。结果表明:非根际土壤中丛枝菌根菌丝体和碳酸钙互作能改善提高较大粒径和较小粒径土壤团聚体氮、磷含量。In order to investigate the effect of AM mycelium and calcium carbonate on nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients of soil aggregates with different particle sizes in non-rhizosphere soil,a device formed by connecting rhizosphere soil compartment and non-rhizosphere soil compartment was carried out in this study.The rhizosphere soil compartments were inoculated with AM mycelium,and non-rhizosphere soil compartments were treated with or without calcium carbonate.The soil of the non-rhizosphere soil compartment was collected and divided into four particle sizes:<0.25 mm,0.25-1 mm,1-2 mm and>2 mm.The results showed that:AM mycelium and calcium carbonate increased the total nitrogen content of soils with soil particle size<0.25 mm and>2 mm,while had no significant effect on medium-sized soils.Calcium carbonate significantly increased the content of alkaline nitrogen in soil with larger particle sizes,while the effect of mycelium on soil alkaline nitrogen was not significant.AM mycelium significantly increased the total phosphorus content of soils with particle size>2 mm under treatment without calcium carbonate.AM mycelium regulated the content of available phosphorus in soil with larger particle size(soil particle size>2 mm).The study indicated that AM mycelium interacting with calcium carbonate can increase nitrogen and phosphorus content of soil aggregate in greater particle and lower particle size in non-rhizosphere karst soil.
