摘  要:在惯性约束聚变(ICF)中,需精确控制目标微球前驱体W_(1)/O/W_(2)双重乳粒的几何尺寸。采用“一步法”同轴钢针微通道,研究了W_(1)/O/W_(2)双重乳粒的形成过程和尺寸变化。优化了无中间相液滴工况,得到了基于三相体积流量的流型图;利用高速摄像机研究了W_(1)/O/W_(2)双重乳粒的形成过程,分析了作用在双重乳粒上的受力情况;重点研究了外水相黏度对乳粒几何尺寸的影响:在某特定流速下,外水相黏度分别为1.900,4.952,7.020 mPa·s,乳粒形成时间分别为1.03,0.78,0.56 s,外径分别为3400,2830,2652μm,内径分别为2380,1960,1780μm。研究结果可供聚合物靶材的可控制备参考。In inertial confinement fusion(ICF),it is necessary to have a precise control on the geometric size of W_(1)/O/W_(2)double emulsion droplets which are the precursors for target microsphere.A one-step microfuildic device which was designed and constructed by using a coaxial steel needle to study the formation and the size change of W_(1)/O/W_(2)double emulsion droplets.The mesophase-free droplet condition was optimized,and the flow pattern diagram based on three phase volume flow rate was obtained;the formation process of W_(1)/O/W_(2)double emulsion droplets was studied with a high-speed camera,and the forces acting on the double emulsion droplets were analyzed.Particularly,the influence of the external-phase viscosity on the geometrical size of the emulsion droplets was studied:at a certain flow rate,the viscosity of external phase was 1.900,4.952,7.020 mPa·s,respectively;the formation time of emulsion droplets was 1.03,0.78,0.56 s,respectively;and the outer diameters were 3400,2830,and 2652μm,respectively;the inner diameters are 2380,1960,1780μm,respectively.The results can be used as reference for the controllable preparation of polymer targets.
