摘　　要：目的分析成人肺静脉狭窄伴咯血的临床及影像学特点,评估CT血管造影(CTA)表现及介入治疗价值。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年9月5例以咯血就诊的肺静脉狭窄患者的临床及影像资料,探讨病例的CTA征象及介入治疗方法。结果所有患者介入术前均经过CTA评估体循环及肺循环情况,且成功行肺静脉血管成形术,术后患者情况均平稳且未见严重并发症。结论对于肺静脉狭窄伴咯血患者根据CTA术前评估后进行介入栓塞术及肺静脉支架置入术是安全、有效的。Objective To analyze clinical and imaging features of hemoptysis caused by pulmonary vein stenosis in adults and to evaluate the performances of CTA(computed tomographic angiography)and the values of intervention therapy of this disease.Methods Clinical and imaging data of 5 patients who suffered from pulmonary vein stenosis with complications of hemoptysis and accepted intervention therapy in our hospital from Jan 2020 to Sept 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The CTA signs and intervention therapy methods were analyzed especially.Results All the patients had been evaluated by CTA before angioplasty and had carried out therapy successfully.After therapy,no serious adverse effects were observed in all patients.Conclusion Interventional therapy is safe and effective in patients with hemoptysis caused by pulmonary vein stenosis following preoperative evaluation according to CTA performance.
