低剂量MSCT及后处理技术在颈段食管枣核异物诊疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)低剂量扫描及图像后处理技术在颈段食管枣核异物诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析2017年5月至2019年5月接受MSCT颈部扫描的50例确诊食管枣核异物患者的影像资料,常规剂量组(200 mA)和低剂量组(60 mA)各25例。两组数据传至工作站进行多平面重组(MPR)。由两名高年资医师独立阅片并对枣核异物患者图像进行评分,测定枣核异物的CT值,计算信噪比(SNR)及对比噪声比(CNR)。结果两组图像质量主观评分及CT值差异均无统计学意义,低剂量组SNR及CNR低于常规剂量组,差异有统计学意义,体重指数(BMI)与图像质量评分均呈负相关。结论低剂量CT扫描在食管枣核异物的定性、定位以及是否有穿孔并发症的诊断中具有重要的应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and post-processing technology for the diagnosis and treatment of date pit in cervical esophageal.Methods The image date of 50 patients with date pit in cervical esophageal who acceped the MSCT scan in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were reviewed,50 cases each in routine dose group(200 mA)and low dose group(60 mA).Data were sent to workstation for multiplanar reconstruction(MPR).Two senior doctors in our department independently diagnosed and graded the imagine.CT value,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)of date pit were recorded respectively in both routine dose and low dose group.Results There was no significant difference in subjective image quality score and CT value between the two groups.The SNR and CNR of the low-dose group were lower than those of the routine dose group,and the difference was statistically significant.There was a negative correlation between body mass index(BMI)and image quality score.Conclusion Low dose CT scanning and post-processing technology has important role in the qualitative diagnosis of date pits,displaying the location,and perforation complications of the date pit in the esophagus.
