摘  要:本文基于起重机械主梁应力和集中载荷之间的线性关系假设,以额定起重量为3t的电动单梁起重机为例,对其应力测试数据采用最小二乘法进行线性拟合,得到主梁自重应力的范围,并通过引入均布载荷系数将自重应力数值范围进一步缩小,达到估算自重应力的目的。Based on linear relationship between stress and concentrated load of crane girder, taking the electric single girder crane with a rated lifting capacity of 3 tons as an example, stress testing data is fitted by the least square method to obtain the range of the dead weight stress of the main beam, and the range of the self-weight stress is further reduced by introducing the uniform load coefficient to achieve the purpose of estimating the self-weight stress.
