摘 要:肝脏由门静脉和肝动脉双重供血,肝脏内各种不同性质的病灶,其血供丰富程度、对比剂到达时间、滞留时间各不相同。随着快速螺旋CT及与之配套的高压注射器的出现,使扫描能完全区分动脉期、静脉期和平衡期,并在肝脏肿瘤、炎症的鉴别诊断、血流灌注及血管成像中发挥了重要作用,临床应用广泛。本文针对儿童肝脏动态增强CT检查的解剖病理生理学基础、多期扫描时间窗的现状及存在的问题作一综述。The liver is supplied with blood by portal vein and hepatic artery.Different types of lesions in the liver have different blood supply,contrast agent arrival time and residence time.The advent of rapid spiral of CT and its associated high-pressure syringe has enabled scanning to completely differentiate among the arterial,venous,and equilibrium phases.It plays a significant role in the differential diagnosis of liver tumors and inflammation,blood perfusion and vascular imaging,which has been widely used in clinical practice.This article reviewed the current situation and existing problems of the anatomical pathophysiological basis and multi-phase scanning time window of dynamic contrast-enhanced CT examination of children’s liver.
