河北省公路与经济发展适应性分析

摘　　要：公路作为综合交通运输体系的重要基础,是服务经济、服务社会、服务公众的重要载体。为引导公路更好地适应经济社会发展,研究建立公路交通与经济社会评价指标体系,运用熵权系数法与专家打分法综合确定指标权重,测算公路与经济社会综合发展水平,用耦合协调度模型测算全国各省份以及河北省各地市公路与经济发展适应度。研究表明,与全国其他省份相比,河北省公路与经济发展水平均处于中等行列,公路发展略超前经济发展,总体处于中度协调发展状态。在河北省11个地市中,除秦皇岛、承德、衡水外,其余地市均处于中度或高度协调状态,部分地区公路发展滞后经济发展水平。这一研究对今后公路网建设和发展具有一定指导意义。As the important foundation of the comprehensive transportation system,highways are an important carrier to serve the economy,the society and the public.In order to guide the highway to better adapt to the economic and social development,the highway and economic evaluation index system is built,the indicator weight is determined by using entropy weight method and expert scoring method,the comprehensive development level of highway and economy and society is measured,and the coupling coordination degree between highway and economic development in all provinces and cities in Hebei Province is measured based on the coupling coordination degree model.The result shows that compared with other provinces in the country,the level of highway and economic development in Hebei Province is in the middle.Ranks,highway development slightly ahead of economic development,overall in a state of moderate coordinated development.Among the 11 cities in Hebei Province,except Qinhuangdao,Chengde,and Hengshui,the rest are in a moderate or highly coordinated state,the development of highways in some areas lags behind the level of economic development.So as to provide guiding significance for the construction and development of highway network.
