摘 要:部分处于城区或市郊的既有铁路利用率较低,在铁路网中的作用日益弱化。为充分利用既有铁路资源,提高铁路存量资产的利用效率,首先,从客流支撑、车站改造、车辆运行、品质提升等4个方面对既有铁路改造面临的挑战进行梳理;其次,提出开行市域列车、开行旅游专线、既有铁路周边公共空间改造提升等既有铁路改造利用思路;最后,以南昌市既有铁路改造为例,结合南昌交通大数据平台识别市域、市区铁路沿线客流需求,根据分析结果提出南昌市既有铁路改造利用方案。相关研究结果可为类似城市既有铁路改造利用提供经验及借鉴。Some existing railways in urban or suburban areas in my country have low utilization rates,and their role in the railway network is increasingly weakened.In order to make full use of the existing railway resources and improve the utilization efficiency of railway stock assets,firstly,the challenges faced by the existing railway reconstruction are sorted out from four aspects:passenger flow support,station reconstruction,vehicle operation and quality improvement.Secondly,it proposes ideas for the reconstruction and utilization of existing railways,such as the opening of urban trains,the opening of special tourist lines,and the renovation and upgrading of public spaces around existing railways.Finally,taking the reconstruction of existing railways in Nanchang as an example,combined with the Nanchang transportation big data platform,the passenger flow demand along the railway in the city and urban area is identifyed.A plan for the reconstruction and utilization of existing railways is proposed,and the relevant research results can provide experience and reference for the reconstruction and utilization of existing railways in similar cities.
