摘　　要：新疆作为我国棉花主产区,提升新疆棉花产业国际竞争力对我国经济发展起到了至关重要的作用。本文结合迈克尔·波特的“钻石”理论,分析新疆棉花产业国际竞争力,发现在国际竞争中,新疆棉花产业具有丰富的生产条件、劳动力优势和广阔的国内需求条件,新疆棉花产业整体发展质量较高,但存在棉花国际竞争力并不具有优势,缺乏成熟的相关及支持性产业,新疆棉花企业的战略规划及组织结构并不完善等问题,并针对这些问题,提出了对策建议。旨在提升新疆棉花产业国际竞争力。Xinjiang is the main cotton production area in China,and enhancing the international competitiveness of Xinjiang?s cotton industry has played a vital role in China?s economic development.Based on Michael Porter?s“diamond”theory to analyze the international competitiveness of Xinjiang’s cotton industry,and finds that in international competition,Xinjiang’s cotton industry has rich production conditions,labor force advantages and broad domestic demand conditions,the overall development quality of Xinjiang’s cotton industry is high.However,there are problems such as lack of the international competitiveness of cotton,lack of mature related and supporting industries,the strategic planning and organizational structure of Xinjiang cotton enterprises is not perfect and other problems.In response to these problems,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.It aims to enhance the international competitiveness of Xinjiang?s cotton industry.
