摘 要:目的 研究氨茶碱和多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法 86例支气管哮喘患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(42例)与对照组(44例)。对照组经氨茶碱治疗,观察组经多索茶碱治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、治疗前后的肺功能指标。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组喘息消失时间(3.62±1.04)d、哮鸣音消失时间(4.13±1.01)d、咳嗽消失时间(5.06±1.02)d、肺部湿啰音消失时间(4.35±0.92)d均短于对照组的(4.94±1.02)、(5.64±0.98)、(6.24±1.01)、(6.58±1.01)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)(2.44±0.56)L、用力肺活量(FVC)(3.56±0.23)L大于对照组的(1.95±0.41)、(2.85±0.19)L,最大呼气峰流速(PEF)(4.23±0.94)L/s高于对照组的(3.51±0.73)L/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相对氨茶碱而言,多索茶碱可更好的提高支气管哮喘治疗效果,改善患者的肺功能,值得推荐。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of aminophylline and doxofylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 86 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(44 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with aminophylline,and the observation group was treated with doxofylline.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the disappearance time of wheezing was(3.62±1.04)d,the disappearance time of wheezing rale was(4.13±1.01)d,the disappearance time of cough was(5.06±1.02)d,the disappearance time of pulmonary moist rales was(4.35±0.92)d,which were shorter than(4.94±1.02),(5.64±0.98),(6.24±1.01),(6.58±1.01)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the 1st second(FEV1)(2.44±0.56)L and forced vital capacity(FVC)(3.56±0.23)L in the observation group were greater than(1.95±0.41)and(2.85±0.19)L in the control group;the maximum peak expiratory flow(PEF)(4.23±0.94)L/s in the observation group was higher than(3.51±0.73)L/s in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with aminophylline,doxofylline can better improve the therapeutic effect of bronchial asthma and improve the pulmonary function of patients,and is worth recommending.
