超声波碎石治疗输尿管结石的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析输尿管结石的疾病特点,评价超声波碎石治疗的效果。方法 112例输尿管结石患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。观察组患者采取超声波碎石治疗,对照组患者采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗。比较两组患者的碎石成功率、疼痛缓解率与满意度评分、生活质量评分。结果 观察组患者碎石成功率、疼痛缓解率分别为98.21%、94.64%,均高于对照组的83.93%、78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度评分、生活质量评分分别为(96.50±3.30)、(94.50±3.50)分,均高于对照组的(88.80±3.50)、(90.05±2.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用超声波碎石治疗输尿管结石可以提高碎石成功率,缓解患者疼痛,进而提升患者的生活质量,患者满意度高,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the characteristics of ureteral calculi and evaluate the specific effects of ultrasonic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 112 patients with ureteral calculi were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 56 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasonic lithotripsy,and patients in the control group were treated with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy.The success rate of lithotripsy,pain relief rate,satisfaction score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of lithotripsy and pain relief rate in the observation group were 98.21%and 94.64%,which were higher than 83.93%and 78.57%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score and quality of life score in the observation group were(96.50±3.30)and(94.50±3.50)points,which were higher than(88.80±3.50)and(90.05±2.50)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic lithotripsy can improve the success rate of lithotripsy,relieve pain of patients,and then improve the quality of life with high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
