HCV-RNA与HCV-Ab在丙肝诊断中的检验价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析丙型肝炎(丙肝)病毒抗体(HCV-Ab)检测与丙肝病毒核糖核酸(丙肝病毒RNA, HCV-RNA)检测在诊断丙肝患者中的应用价值。方法 181例丙肝患者,均进行丙肝病毒RNA诊断与丙肝病毒抗体诊断。对比两种诊断方法阳性检出率及不同丙肝病毒RNA水平患者的白蛋白(ALB)与谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平。结果 丙肝病毒RNA诊断阳性检出率为98.90%,高于丙肝病毒抗体诊断的90.61%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丙肝病毒RNA≥1.0×10^(4) IU/ml患者的ALT(49.17±3.78)U/L高于丙肝病毒RNA<1.0×10^(4) IU/ml患者的(41.08±3.65)U/L, ALB(35.52±4.45)g/L低于丙肝病毒RNA<1.0×10^(4) IU/ml患者的(40.04±2.98)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用丙肝病毒RNA诊断丙肝在临床上具有一定诊断价值,可以得到广泛应用。Objective To analyze the value of hepatitis C virus ribonucleic acid(HCV-RNA)and hepatitis C virus antibody(HCV-Ab)in the diagnosis of hepatitis C.Methods 181 patients with hepatitis C were diagnosed with hepatitis C virus RNA and hepatitis C virus antibody.The positive detection rate and the levels of albumin(ALB)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in patients with different levels of hepatitis C virus RNA were compared between the two diagnostic methods.Results The positive detection rate of hepatitis C virus RNA was 98.90%,which was higher than 90.61%of hepatitis C virus antibody,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ALT(49.17±3.78)U/L in patients with hepatitis C virus RNA≥1.0×10^(4) IU/ml was higher than(41.08±3.65)U/L in patients with hepatitis C virus RNA<1.0×10^(4) IU/ml,and the ALB(35.52±4.45)g/L was lower than(40.04±2.98)g/L in patients with hepatitis C RNA<1.0×10^(4) IU/ml,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hepatitis C virus RNA has some diagnostic value in the diagnosis of hepatitis C,which contains certain diagnostic value and can be widely used.
