胃肠安丸联合头孢克肟治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究胃肠安丸联合头孢克肟治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法 84例小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿为研究对象,依据抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采用头孢克肟治疗,观察组采用胃肠安丸联合头孢克肟治疗。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状及相关指标恢复至正常时间、用药不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率97.62%高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿腹痛、体温、呕吐、腹腔淋巴结恢复至正常时间分别为(3.78±0.85)、(2.89±0.67)、(1.56±0.63)、(7.03±0.64)d,均明显短于对照组的(5.36±1.20)、(3.69±0.78)、(2.89±0.76)、(9.63±1.32)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用胃肠安丸联合头孢克肟治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Weichangan pill combined with cefixime in the treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods A total of 84 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were selected as the research subjects and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the lottery method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefixime,and the observation group was treated with Weichangan pill combined with cefixime.The clinical efficacy,recovery time of clinical symptoms and related indicators,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.62%of the observation group was higher than 80.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of abdominal pain,body temperature,vomiting,and abdominal lymph node in the observation group were(3.78±0.85),(2.89±0.67),(1.56±0.63),and(7.03±0.64)d,which were significantly shorter than(5.36±1.20),(3.69±0.78),(2.89±0.76),and(9.63±1.32)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Weichangan pill combined with cefixime has significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis.
