摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种发病机制尚未明确的自身免疫性疾病,可随着病情的发展对患者的眼睛、皮肤等形成影响,进而严重影响到患者的身心健康。目前, RA的治疗以西药为主,但近年来中医疗法的应用也日益增多,中西医在RA治疗中的应用呈现出多样化的研究趋势。本文以RA、西医、中医、中西医等为主要关键词,在知网、万方等平台搜索了相关文献,并对19篇文献从西医、中医、中西医联合等方面进行研究综述,旨在更好地为相关领域研究提供参考资料。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease with an undefined pathogenesis that can affect the eyes and skin of patients as the disease progresses,thus seriously affecting their physical and mental health.At present,the treatment of RA is mainly based on Western medicine,but in recent years,the application of Chinese medicine is also increasing,and the application of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of RA shows a diversified research trend.In this paper,we searched the relevant literature on platforms such as HowNet and Wanfang using RA,Western medicine,Chinese medicine,and Chinese and Western medicine as the main keywords,and conducted a research review of 19 papers from Western medicine,Chinese medicine,and combined Chinese and Western medicine,aiming to better provide reference materials for research in related fields.
