摘　　要：“保障人民生命安全”是习近平总书记反复强调的一个重要理念,彰显了习近平总书记深厚的人民情怀,有深刻的马克思主义理论渊源。党的十九届六中全会总结了中国特色社会主义新时代保障人民生命安全所取得的重大成就。“保障人民生命安全”不仅是中国共产党初心使命的必然要求,也是马克思人的生命权利思想与中国具体实际相结合的思想升华。马克思主义是关于无产阶级和人类解放的学说,通过保障人的生命权利实现生命安全和达到生命解放是其重要内容。马克思在批判资本主义生产方式和论证共产主义必然取代资本主义的过程中,以批判和建构相统一的辩证逻辑阐发了人的生命权利思想,描绘了人的生命权利实现和生命普遍安全并最终走向人的自由而全面发展的社会形态的美好蓝图。把握马克思关于人的生命权利思想的批判和建构相统一的辩证逻辑,有助于更好地坚持人民至上、生命至上的理念。“Ensuring people’s life safety”is a crucial theory repeated by president Xi Jinping,which displays Xi’s caring for people and a deep theoretical origin of Marxism.The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee has concluded the great achievements of ensuring the safety of people’s lives in the new age of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.“Ensuring people’s life safety”is not only the necessary requirement of the original mission of the CPC,but also the ideological elevation of combining Marxist Thought on people’s right of life with China’s specific reality.Marxism is the doctrine of the emancipation of the proletariat and mankind,and achieving life safety and emancipation through ensuring human’s right of life is its important content.In the process of criticizing the capitalist mode of production and arguing that communism would inevitably replace capitalism,Marx expounded the idea of the right to life of human beings with the dialectical logic of unity between criticism and construction,and depicted a beautiful blueprint for the realization of the right to life of human beings and the universal security of life,and ultimately towards a social form of free and comprehensive development of human beings.Grasping the dialectical logic of the unity of critique and construction of Marx’s idea of the human right to life will help to better uphold the concept of the supremacy of people and life.
