摘 要:为提高地铁运营效率,保障乘客安全和提高乘坐的舒适性,降低站台门在运营中的故障率和提高快速维修的效率,文章以北京地铁1号线站台门电磁锁行程开关返信点故障、八通线站台门互锁解除以及S1线IBP故障为研究对象,对常见站台门故障进行分析研究。研究结果表明:从源头设计进行把控,提高产品的生产和安装质量,加强监督管理,可降低故障率;对设备定期维护,及时排除故障,可延长设备使用寿命。In order to improve the operation efficiency of metro,ensure the safety of passengers and improve riding comfort,reduce the failure rate of the platform screen doors in operation and improve the efficiency of rapid maintenance,the article analyzes and studies the common platform screen doors failures with the electromagnetic lock stroke switch return point fault of the platform door of Beijing metro line 1,the interlock lifting of the platform screen doors of the Batong line and the IBP fault of the S1 line.The results show that the design should be controlled from the oringin,the failure rate should be reduced,the supervision and management should be strengthened,and the production and installation quality of the product should be improved;regular maintenance of equipment and timely troubleshooting can extend the service life of equipment.
