摘　　要：安全、设备、服务是地铁运营“三驾马车”,安全是基础,设备是保障,服务是主体,提高设备运维管理能力是地铁安全可靠经济运行的重要保障。通过对南京地铁设施设备运维管理平台建设及应用研究,提出地铁设施设备运维管理平台建设设计方案和智能发展思路,为地铁设施设备管理信息化、平台化、移动化、智能化提供借鉴。Safety,equipment and service are the "troika" of metro operation,safety is the foundation,equipment is the guarantee,service is the subjectivity,and providing intrinsically safe equipment is an important guarantee for the safe and reliable economic operation of rail transit.Through the construction and application research of the operation and maintenance management platform of Nanjing metro facilities and equipment,the construction design scheme and intelligent development ideas of the operation and maintenance management platform of rail transit facilities and equipment are proposed,which provides reference for the informatization,platform,mobility and intelligence of rail transit facilities and equipment management.
