摘　　要：中老铁路于 2021 年底开通运行,这对于提高两国间的物流运输效能、推动泛亚铁路建设具有极为重要的影响,也是构建中老铁路国际物流大通道的基础。文章在对物流大通道进行概述的基础上,分析中老两国物流运输现状及铁路货运发展前景,据此阐述中老铁路国际物流大通道的构建原则,并提出相应的构建对策,即强化顶层设计、借鉴中欧班列运作模式、促进多主体融合发展、构建常态市场需求监测体系、全面推动物流口岸设施建设、加快国内外物流服务网络建设、优化运营管理,以期为中老铁路国际联运物流的发展提供参考和借鉴。The China-Laos Railway was put into operation at the end of 2021,which has an extremely important impact on improving the logistics transport efficiency between the two countries and promoting the construction of the Trans-Asian Railway.It is also the basis for building the international logistics corridor of the China-Laos Railway.In this paper,based on the overview of the logistics corridor,the current situation of logistics transport of China-Laos Railway and development prospect of railway freight are analyzed,the construction principle of international logistics corridor of China-Laos Railway is described,and corresponding construction countermeasures are put forward,namely,strengthening the top-level design,learning from the operation mode of China-Europe train,promoting the integration and development of multiple agents,establishing a normal market demand monitoring system,comprehensively promoting the construction of logistics port facilities,accelerating the construction of logistics service network at home and abroad and optimizing operation management,so as to provide reference for the development of international logistics through transportation of China-Laos Railway.
