摘  要:浮顶油罐是我国原油战略储备的重要储油设施。原油静储期间与外界环境进行热交换造成原油温度下降,严重时引发凝罐等安全事故,盘管加热是目前常见加热技术手段之一。从强化换热角度提出加热盘管外设翅片来提高其传热性能,运用有限体积法建立了浮顶油罐内翅片盘管加热原油理论模型,数值分析了翅片盘管角度对原油温度分布、油区平均温度、温度场不均匀程度的影响,同时研究了其经济效益。结果表明:加热盘管外设翅片时原油传热性能明显增强。盘管外设2翅片、60°角度时罐内原油温度提升最高,其温度不均匀程度可降低1.91%,加热费用节省16.2%。Floating roof tanks are important oil storage facilities in crude oil strategic reserve of China.The heat exchange between crude oil and the external environment resulting the crude oil temperature decreased during the static storage period,which may cause the crude oil gelling and then lead to safety accidents such as condensate tank in serious cases.Coil heating is one of the common improvement measures.In this paper,the external fin heating coils are proposed to improve heat transfer performance of crude oil from the perspective of heat transfer enhancement.The theoretical model of heating crude oil with finned coil in floating roof tank is established by using finite volume method,the effect of coil inclination angle on temperature distribution of crude oil,average temperature of the crude oil zone and inhomogeneity of the temperature field are numerically analyzed and the economic benefits are investigated.The results reveal that the heat transfer performance of crude oil is obviously enhanced when the application of finned coils.When the coils are arranged with 2 fins and 60°angle,the crude oil in floating roof tank has the highest temperature increase,inhomogeneity of the temperature field can be reduced by 2.44%,and heating costs can be decreased by 16.2%.
