摘  要:为解决大型火电机组轴流式送风机设计裕量过大导致机组长期低开度运行效率低,以及机组低负荷下锅炉氧量无法调节导致锅炉NO_(x)排放浓度偏高等问题,本文对降低送风机运行转速的方法进行研究并有效实施,使送风机运行动叶开度增大进入高效区运行,使送风机电流平均下降10 A左右。同时,机组在低负荷下锅炉的氧量也得到了有效控制,改造效果较好,值得推广。In order to solve the problems of long-term low operating efficiency caused by excessive design margin of axial flow fan of large thermal power unit,and high NO_(x) emission concentration caused by boiler oxygen cannot be adjusted under low load,this paper studied and effectively implemented the method of reducing fan operating speed.The opening of the fan s moving blade will be increased to run in the high-efficiency zone,and the fan motor current will decrease by about 10A on average.At the same time,the boiler oxygen under low load has been effectively controlled,the transformation effect is good,worthy of promotion.
