腹腔镜手术联合药物对子宫内膜异位症患者生育及内分泌指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析子宫内膜异位症治疗中腹腔镜手术联合药物的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者50例为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为两组,每组25例。对照组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜手术联合亮丙瑞林治疗。对比两组的生育情况、内分泌指标及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的排卵恢复时间、月经恢复时间分别为(12.61±3.86)、(25.37±6.13)d,明显短于对照组的(18.14±5.75)d、(31.19±5.68)d,且患者1年内妊娠成功率为36.00%,高于对照组的12.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的各项内分泌指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的各项内分泌指标水平均低于治疗前,且观察组各指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为16.00%,与对照组的20.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合亮丙瑞林治疗能够更好地改善子宫内膜异位症患者的内分泌指标,恢复其妊娠功能,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the application value of laparoscopic surgery combined with drugs in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods A total of 50 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprolide.The fertility,endocrine indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The ovulation recovery time and menstruation recovery time of the study group were(12.61±3.86)and(25.37+6.13)d,respectively which were significantly shorter than(18.14±5.75)d,(31.19±5.68)d of the control group,the success rate of pregnancy within one year was 36.00%,which was higher than 12.00%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in endocrine indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of endocrine indicators in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indicator levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 16.00%,compared with 20.00%in the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprolide can improve the endocrine indicators of patients with endometriosis and restore their pregnancy function,which has the value of clinical promotion.
