生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼应用于女性压力性尿失禁护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的探究女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者护理中采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼的效果。方法选取本院收治的90例女性SUI患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法进行分组。对照组45例进行盆底肌锻炼,观察组45例在此基础上采用生物反馈电刺激,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理前,两组的国际尿失禁问卷表简表(ICI-Q-SF)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的ICI-Q-SF评分均低于护理前,且观察组的(5.14±1.88)分低于对照组的(7.93±2.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)□护理前,两组的尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的I-QOL评分均高于护理前,且观察组的(85.14±10.22)分高于对照组的(70.14±7.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在女性SUI患者护理中采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼能够有效改善病情,提升其生活质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in female patients with stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods A total of 90 female patients with SUI admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into groups according to the random number table method.The control group(45 cases)received pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the observation group(45 cases)received biofeedback electrical stimulation on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in International Consultation on incontinence questionnaire-short form(ICI-Q-SF)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the ICI-Q-SF scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the score of the observation group was(5.14±1.88)points,lower than(7.93±2.14)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(FV0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in incontinence quality of life(I-QOL)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the I-QOL scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the score of the observation group was(85.14±10.22)points,higher than(70.14+7.35)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the nursing of female patients with SUI can effectively improve the condition and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
