摘　　要：装备保障指挥是跨域作战中军队指挥的重要组成部分,其效能将直接影响部队的装备保障能力,文章在OSM模型构建指标体系的基础之上,运用层次分析法(AHP)对跨域作战装备保障指挥效能进行了评估,深入研究各指标因素对指挥效能发挥的影响关系,通过量化计算得出各指标因素影响权重,对针对性加强装备保障指挥能力建设有着重大指导意义。Equipment support command is an important part of military command in cross-region operations, and its effectiveness will directly affect the equipment support capability of the Army. Based on the index system constructed by OSM model, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to evaluate the command effectiveness of cross-region operations equipment support,and deeply studies the influence relationship of each index factor on the performance of command effectiveness, and the influence weight of each index factor obtained through quantitative calculation is of great guidance to the targeted strengthening of equipment support command capacity construction.
