摘  要:随着排放法规日趋严格,柴油机起动过程的污染物排放也将纳入监控范围,中小排量的柴油机在低温环境下起动尤为困难,对环境污染程度更大;除此之外小排量发动机瞬态动力性也是其主要性能竞争力之一,本文以某玉柴3L排量的柴油机为研究对象,提出了改善低温冷起动性能的方案,对活塞压缩比、飞轮旋转惯量进行了优化。通过试验进行验证,试验结果表明这些方案可以有效改善冷起动性能,降低排放污染物,通过降低飞轮转动惯量,发动机瞬态动力性提升了10%以上。With the increasingly stringent emission regulations, the pollutant emission during the starting process of diesel engine will also be monitored. It is particularly difficult for small and medium displacement diesel engine to start at low temperature, which has a greater degree of environmental pollution.;In addition, the transient dynamic performance of small displacement engine is also one of its main performance competitiveness.Taking a 3 L displacement diesel engine of YUCHIAI as the research object, this paper puts forward a scheme to improve the cold start performance at low temperature, and optimizes the piston compression ratio and flywheel rotational inertia. The test results show that these schemes can effectively improve the cold start performance and reduce the emission of pollutants. By reducing the flywheel moment of inertia, the engine transient dynamic performance is improved by more than 10%.
