摘  要:前/后减振器总成承载路面/轮胎传递到车身/车架的受力,要求能够可靠地将路面冲击振动能量传化为热能消耗,快速消除路面引起的振动,从而保证车辆的驾驶平稳行驶性、舒适性。其中减振器内复原阀、压缩阀的可靠性对减振器性能可靠性十分关键。针对某乘用车减振器路试过程出现压缩阀片失效并伴随尖锐噪音问题,本文从阀片材料选型、阻尼力优化的角度,结合ABAQUS/CAE有限元分析、台架ADVP验证、整车耐久验证,为减振器总成阀片设计开发及可靠性提升提供参考方案。The front/rear shock absorber assembly carries the load of the road surface/tire to the body/frame, which requires that the road surface impact vibration energy can be reliably transferred to heat energy consumption, and the vibration caused by the road surface can be quickly eliminated, so as to ensure the driving performance and comfort of the vehicle. The reliability of piston valve and compression valve in shock absorber is very important to the reliability of shock absorber performance. In view of the problem of compression valve disc failure and sharp noise in the road test of a passenger car shock absorber, this paper provides a reference scheme for the design and development of shock absorber assembly valve disc and reliability improvement from the perspective of valve disc material selection and damping force optimization, combined with ABAQUS/CAE finite element analysis, ADVP verification and vehicle durability verification.
