摘 要:张紧轮作为发动机前端轮系的核心部件,它的失效会造成发动机水温高、发动机没有动力、发电机不发电、空调不工作、轮系影响等问题,造成客户的不满,影响整车出勤率。本文主要针对市场上发动机张紧轮故障率高的问题,进行专题研究,通过改进关键件的材料结构设计以及进行相应的密封防尘优化,进而通过对比试验验证改进的有效性,为张紧轮的可靠性提升提供一种思路,为降低张紧轮故障率提供一种可行有效的方法。As the core component of engine belt-drive system the failure of tensioner will cause problems such as high engine water temperature, engine no power, generator no power, air conditioning does not work, gear train influence and so on, which will cause customer dissatisfaction and affect vehicle attendance. This paper is aimed at engine tensioner on the market the problem of high failure rate, carry out special study, by improving key-module material structure design, and to optimize the corresponding seal dustproof and, in turn, through contrast experiment validates the effectiveness of the improvement, to improve the reliability of the tensioner provides a train of thought, to reduce the tensioner failure rate to provide a feasible and effective method.
