摘 要:本文对某型铝合金材质航空计算机机箱销套安装及加工工艺进行了研究,首先分析出了销套安装后尺寸超差的原因,通过改变销套的加工工艺路线解决了尺寸超差的问题,保证产品尺寸要求;其次根据销套和机箱的过盈量及机箱结构,通过有限元的方法仿真出销套和机箱之间的应力,然后通过压力及摩擦系数计算出该过盈量可提供的最大扭矩,进而计算切削加工时选用合理的进给量及吃刀量等加工参数,提高了加工效率。In this paper, the installation and processing technology of a certain type of aluminum alloy aviation computer case pin sleeve is studied. Firstly, the reason of the out-of-tolerance size of the pin sleeve after installation is analyzed. By changing the processing process route of the pin sleeve, the problem of out-of-tolerance size is solved to ensure the product size requirements. Secondly according to the pin and the interference of the chassis and the chassis structure, through the finite element method simulation of stress between pin and chassis, and then through the pressure and the friction coefficient to calculate the interference amount can provide the maximum torque, and calculate the cutting process to choose reasonable processing parameters such as feed and turning to improve the machining efficiency.
