滑片式空气压缩机在城市轨道交通车辆上应用研究

摘　　要：随着社会环保意识的不断增强,人们对机械产品的实用性、安全性要求正在不断提高,因此在城市轨道交通车辆上传统的往复式活塞空压机正在迅速地被滑片式空气压缩机取代。滑片式空气压缩机具有成本低、可靠性高、节能环保、使用寿命长等特点。滑片式空气压缩机为研究对象,作为一种动力设备,广泛应用于汽车、城轨、钢铁、制药等工业中,并且正在发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文对滑片式空气压缩机结构特点进行了阐述,并对其与螺杆式空气压缩机的优缺点进行了对比分析,对滑片式空气压缩机在城市轨道的可行性进行了一定的研究。With the increasing awareness of social environmental protection, people’s requirements for the practicability and safety of mechanical products are constantly improving. Therefore, the traditional reciprocating piston air compressor is rapidly replaced by sliding vane air compressor on urban rail transit vehicles. Sliding vane air compressor has the characteristics of low cost, high reliability, energy saving and environmental protection, long service life and so on. The sliding vane air compressor as the research object, as a power equipment, it is widely used in automobile, urban rail, steel, pharmaceutical and other industries, and is playing an important role.In this paper, the structural characteristics of sliding vane air compressor are described, and the advantages and disadvantages of sliding vane air compressor and screw air compressor are compared and analyzed, and the feasibility of sliding vane air compressor in urban rail transit is studied.
