摘 要:随着世界范围石油资源的紧缺,石油产品的高效率应用受到社会各界的广泛重视,随着汽车保有量的持续提升,汽车内燃机作为汽油、柴油等石油产品的主要消耗设备之一,其能源利用率偏低的问题已经严重制约了内燃机技术的发展。从现阶段应用的汽车尾气余热利用技术出发,考虑到尾气余热利用设备与尾气净化处理设备在汽车上的装配位置和功能具有明显的可整合性,在分析余热利用与尾气处理技术的基础上,设计了余热利用与废气同步处理的两种模式,能够在简化尾气装置结构的同时提升能源利用率,并降低尾气污染。With the worldwide shortage of petroleum resources, the efficient use of petroleum products has been widely valued by all sectors of society. With the continuous improvement of vehicle ownership, as one of the main consumption equipment of gasoline, diesel and other petroleum products, the problem of low energy utilization has seriously restricted the development of internal combustion engine technology. Starting from the automobile exhaust waste heat utilization technology applied at the present stage, considering the obvious integration of the assembly position and function of other heat utilization equipment and exhaust purification and treatment equipment on the automobile, based on the analysis of waste heat utilization and exhaust treatment technology, two modes of waste heat utilization and exhaust synchronous treatment are designed, which can simplify the structure of exhaust device, improve energy utilization and reduce exhaust pollution.
