摘 要:为减小数控机床滚珠丝杆磨损引起的螺距误差,提高数控机床精度,提出一种离线均化插值法的软件补偿方法实现螺距误差补偿。在分析螺距误差测量及计算原理的基础上,基于自开发数控系统平台,研究螺距误差补偿策略。在美国德州仪器公司CCS3.3上进行算法程序编写与调试,通过软件测试,螺距误差补偿值可以跟随指令值进行补偿输出,验证所提出螺距误差补偿算法有效性。In order to reduce the pitch error caused by the wear of ball screw of CNC machine tools and improve the accuracy of CNC machine tools, an off-line homogeneous interpolation method of software compensation method is proposed to realize the pitch error compensation. Based on the analysis of pitch error measurement and calculation principle, the pitch error compensation strategy is studied based on the self-developed CNC system platform. The algorithm program is written and debugged on Texas Instruments CCS3.3. Through software testing, the pitch error compensation value can follow the command value for compensation output, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed pitch error compensation algorithm.
