摘 要:以主焦煤矿水力冲孔技术措施合理的钻孔间距布置为切入点,通过对钻孔周围瓦斯排放区域分区研究及效果考察,创新性地引入了抽采卸压应力影响灰色系数(根据矿井实际工程效果及经验确定),采用Fluent数值模拟软件分析了不同布置间距下的钻孔间瓦斯压力分布情况,并在主焦煤矿2303工作面底板巷进行了现场试验。研究结果表明,主焦煤矿水力冲孔技术措施下合适的钻孔布置间距为7 m—7 m时瓦斯治理效果较好。研究结论为同类型煤矿的水力冲孔措施合理布孔间距的选取提供了理论依据及工程实践经验。Taking the reasonable borehole spacing arrangement of hydraulic punching technical measures in the main coke mine as the starting point,through the zoning research and effect investigation of the gas discharge area around the borehole,the grey coefficient of the influence of drainage and pressure relief stress(determined according to the actual engineering effect and experience of the mine)is innovatively introduced,and the gas pressure distribution between boreholes under different arrangement spacing is analyzed by fluent numerical simulation software.The field test is carried out in the floor roadway of 2303 working face of main coke coal mine.The research results show that the gas control effect is better when the appropriate drilling spacing is 7 m-7 m under the hydraulic punching technical measures of main coke coal mine.The research conclusion provides a theoretical basis and engineering practice experience for the selection of reasonable hole spacing of hydraulic punching measures in the same type of coal mines.
