摘  要:黑龙江多宝山铜矿石为典型的低品位硫化铜矿石,原矿Cu品位为0.41%,目的矿物与脉石矿物嵌布粒度细,精矿指标受磨矿作业效率的影响较大。多宝山铜矿选厂的二期工程分为两个系列,现有选矿工艺流程为闭路磨矿分级作业,能基本满足生产要求,但存在水力旋流器循环负荷过大、立磨机过磨现象严重的问题。对现有磨矿分级工艺进行优化研究,改为半开路磨矿作业后,现存生产问题得到有效改善,磨矿产品铜品位提高到了20.05%,回收率提高到了90.18%,同时有效降低了生产能耗。Duobaoshan copper ore in Heilongjiang province is a typical low-grade copper sulfide ore with Cu grade of 0.41%.The target mineral and gangue mineral disseminated grain size is fine,and the concentrate index is greatly affected by grinding efficiency.The second phase project of Duobaoshan Copper Concentrator is divided into two series.The existing beneficiation process is closed-circuit grinding and classification operation,which can basically meet the production requirements,but there are problems such as excessive cyclic load of hydrocyclone and serious over-grinding of vertical mill.After the optimization of the existing grinding and classification process,the problems are effectively improved,the copper grade of grinding products is increased to 20.05%,the recovery rate is increased to 90.18%,and the production energy consumption can be effectively reduced.
