摘 要:分别采用一段氧压直接酸浸和两段氧压逆流酸浸法分离铅冰铜中的铜和铅,重点考察工艺参数条件对铜浸出率的影响。结果表明:采用氧压酸浸处理铅冰铜,铜进入浸出液,铅进入浸出渣,铅冰铜中的硫以硫酸铅和单质硫形式进入浸出渣;一段氧压直接酸浸的最佳条件为:铅冰铜粒度为-45μm、初始浓硫酸质量150.00 g、反应温度100℃、浸出时间为150 min、氧气压力1.0 MPa、液固比(体积质量比,mL∶g)3.0∶1,在此最佳浸出条件下的铜浸出率可超过98%;两段氧压逆流酸浸可在有效分离铅冰铜中铜和降低最终浸出液中铁和砷的同时降低终酸浓度;两段酸浸过程中的一段酸浸为低酸浸出,二段酸浸为高酸浸出,一段浸出最佳条件为:铅冰铜质量200.00 g、铅冰铜粒度-45μm、初始硫酸质量30.00 g、液固比为3.0∶1、氧气压力1.0 MPa、反应温度100℃、浸出时间45 min;二段酸浸原料为一段氧压酸浸后的浸出渣,最佳酸浸条件为:初始硫酸质量130.00 g、液固比3.0∶1、反应温度100℃、浸出时间90 min,经过两段氧压逆流酸浸处理后,铅冰铜中铜的浸出率也超过98%。Copper and lead in lead matte were separated by one-stage oxygen pressure direct acid leaching and two-stage oxygen pressure countercurrent acid leaching, respectively.The effect of process parameters on copper leaching rate was investigated.The results show that when lead matte is treated by oxygen pressure acid leaching, copper enters the leaching solution, lead enters the leaching residue, and the sulfur in lead matte enters the leaching residue in the form of lead sulfate and elemental sulfur.The optimum condition of direct acid leaching with one stage oxygen pressure is: the particle size of lead matte is-45 μm.The copper leaching rate can exceed 98% under the optimal leaching conditions, such as the initial concentrated sulfuric acid mass of 150.00 g, the reaction temperature of 100 ℃,the leaching time of 150 min, the oxygen pressure of 1.0 MPa, and the liquid-solid ratio(volume-mass ratio, mL∶g)of 3.0∶1.The two-stage oxygen pressure countercurrent acid leaching can effectively separate the copper and arsenic in lead matte and reduce the iron and arsenic in the final leaching solution,and also reduce the final acid concentration.In the two-stage acid leaching process,the first stage acid leaching is low acid leaching,and the second stage acid leaching is high acid leaching.The best conditions for the first stage leaching are:the mass of lead matte is 200.00g,and the particle size of lead matte is-45μm.The initial sulfuric acid mass is 30.00g,the liquid-solid ratio is 3.0:1,the oxygen pressure is 1.0 MPa,the reaction temperature is 100℃,and the leaching time is 45min;The raw material of the second stage acid leaching is the leaching residue after the first stage oxygen pressure acid leaching.The optimal acid leaching conditions are:the initial sulfuric acid mass is 130.00g,the liquid-solid ratio is 3.0:1,the reaction temperature is 100 ℃,and the leaching time is 90 min.After the two-stage oxygen pressure countercurrent acid leaching,the leaching rate of copper in lead matte also exceeds 98%.
