摘  要:利用电子束辐照技术降解水溶液中的托拉塞米,通过对降解效果及其影响因素和降解产物的研究,系统地探讨了托拉塞米的辐照降解特性和可能的降解途径。研究显示,电子束辐照可以有效地降解托拉塞米。实验结果表明:活性粒子•OH在降解过程中起主要作用;托拉塞米的初始浓度、吸收剂量、溶液pH、H_(2)O_(2)和无机阴离子(CO_(3)^(2−)、NO_(2)^(−)、SO_(3)^(2−)和SO_(4)^(2−))等环境因素也会对托拉塞米的辐照效果产生影响。托拉塞米的初始浓度越低,辐照吸收剂量越高,溶液pH值越低,降解效率越高;SO_(4)^(2−)和低浓度的H_(2)O_(2)会促进托拉塞米的降解,而CO_(3)^(2−)、NO_(2)^(−)、SO_(3)^(2−)和高浓度的H_(2)O_(2)会抑制托拉塞米的降解。最后采用高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱联用(HPLC-QTOF)检测出托拉塞米的辐照降解产物,并推测出相应的降解途径。In this study,electron beam irradiation technology was used to degrade torasemide in an aqueous solution.By investigating the degradation effect,its influencing factors,and degradation products,the radiation degradation characteristics and possible degradation pathways of torasemide were systematically discussed.The study demonstrated that torasemide can be effectively degraded via electron beam irradiation.The experimental results showed that the active•OH particles played a dominant role in the degradation process.The initial torasemide concentration,absorbed dose,pH of the solution,amount of H_(2)O_(2)and inorganic anions(CO_(3)^(2−),NO_(2)^(−),SO_(3)^(2−),SO_(4)^(2−))and other environmental factors influence the irradiation effect of torasemide.A higher degradation efficiency was obtained with a lower initial torasemide concentration,higher absorbed dose,and lower pH.The degradation of torasemide was promoted in the presence of SO_(4)^(2−) and low concentrations of H_(2)O_(2),while it was inhibited in the presence of CO_(3)^(2−),NO_(2)^(−),and SO_(3)^(2−)and high concentrations of H_(2)O_(2).Finally,the degradation products were detected by high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometer(HPLC-QTOF),and the degradation pathways were deduced.
