摘　　要：汽车新产品开发的复杂和系统性决定了开发过程的质量管理的必要性和重要性,运用新产品开发过程质量管理工具,即项目质量及状态审议(Program Quality Readiness Reviews,PQRR)来管理汽车新产品开发过程质量,可确保整个新产品开发在满足时间和成本的前提下达到质量最优化。It is of great necessity and importance to make quality management for the development process during automobile new product development.Using the theory and tools of Program Quality Readiness Reviews(PQRR)to manage new automotive product to ensure the quality optimize on the premise of time and cost target.
