摘  要:某轻型发动机与竞品相比其噪声要高3 dB(A),本文通过某轻型发动机与竞品的NVH对标测试得出基础数据,利用频谱分析识别出燃烧噪声、机械噪声的频率分布和噪声来源;通过模态分析和信号处理技术,研究了薄壁件的噪声产生机理,采用仿真手段提出了优化方案;通过控制燃烧系统参数控制了缸内燃烧噪声;实施各NVH优化方案的柴油机试验结果显示比竞品低约1 dB(A),达到产品研发预期效果.本文可为发动机降噪提供参考和借鉴.Compared with the competing product, the noise of A light engine is 3 dB(A) higher. In this paper, the NVH benchmarking test of A light engine and competing products is used to obtain the basic data, and the frequency distribution and noise source of combustion noise and mechanical noise are identified by spectrum analysis. Through modal analysis and signal processing technology, the noise generation mechanism of thin-shell structure parts is studied, and the optimization scheme is proposed by simulation. The combustion noise is controlled by setting the parameters of combustion system. The diesel engine test results of the implementation of each NVH optimization scheme show that it is about 1 dB(A) lower than the competing product, which achieves the expected effect of product development. This paper can provide reference for engine noise reduction.
