摘 要:军用履带车辆综合传动装置的性能是整车机动性的决定性因素,构建其性能样机进行仿真分析、参数优化对综合传动装置的设计研发意义重大.针对目前研究中性能样机内涵、分类、构建方法三方面的欠缺,规范了性能样机的内涵,建立了性能样机的分类体系,阐述了性能样机的构建方法.在此基础上,针对某型号车辆综合传动装置,构建了其方案阶段的性能样机.借助该性能样机进行了加速性能仿真,通过参数灵敏度分析和优化,提升加速性3.8%,为性能提升提出了改进方向.The performance of the integrated transmission device of military tracked vehicles is the decisive factor for the vehicle’s mobility. It is crucial for the design and development of the integrated transmission device to construct performance prototype for simulation and optimization. Aiming at the deficiencies in the connotation, classification and construction method of the performance prototype in current research, the connotation of the performance prototype was standardized, the category system of the performance prototype was established, and the construction method of the performance prototype was expounded. On this basis, for integrated transmission device of a certain type of vehicle, a performance prototype in the planning stage was constructed. Acceleration performance was simulated with the help of this performance prototype. Through parameter sensitivity analysis and optimization, the acceleration was improved by 3.8%. And an improvement direction was proposed for performance improvement.
