摘  要:文章针对大型在役燃煤发电汽轮机组深度调峰技术进行了分析研究,针对四排汽及以上的具备多个低压缸的大容量汽轮机,通过采用保留单个低压缸运行、切除其余低压缸的技术措施,可以大幅降低汽轮机最低出力限制,在保障汽轮机安全性的同时,提高机组调峰深度。文章针对切除低压缸的安全性风险进行了分析并提出了相应的防控措施,论证了切除部分低压缸的可行性,以及不同工况下切除部分低压缸的经济性。In this paper,the deep peak regulating technology of large-scale in-service coal-fired steam turbine units is analyzed and studied.For large-capacity steam turbines with four or more exhaust flow and multiple low-pressure cylinders,the technical measures of retaining a single low-pressure cylinder for operation and cutting off the rest of low-pressure cylinders can greatly reduce the minimum output limit of the steam turbine.While ensuring the safety of the steam turbine,the peak regulation depth of the unit is improved.This paper analyzes the safety risk of cutting off the low-pressure cylinder,puts forward the corresponding prevention and control measures,demonstrates the feasibility of cutting off part of the low-pressure cylinders,and the economy of cutting off part of the low-pressure cylinders under different working conditions.
