摘　　要：文章对某冲反结合低压内缸结构特点、工艺流程、关键工序进行了深入分析,通过制造实践,解决了中分面斜面铣削、低压反动式静叶安装及车削等难点问题,为同类产品的制造做好了技术储备。This paper deeply analyzes the structural characteristics,process flow and key processes of an impulse and reaction combined low-pressure inner cylinder.Through manufacturing practice,the difficult problems such as angular milling,low-pressure reaction stationary blade installation and turning are solved.It has made technical reserves for the manufacture of similar products.
