摘  要:采用超声振动疲劳试验机、SEM等手段,分别在室温、22%NaCl室温和95℃水蒸气的环境下,对895 MPa强度等级的05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢进行超高周疲劳性能研究。研究结果表明,在109周次寿命循环下,该材料在三种环境下的疲劳极限分别为490 MPa、460 MPa和360 MPa。对断口进行SEM分析,发现95℃水蒸汽环境下对材料疲劳失效断口特征影响较小。而在22%NaCl环境下会在材料表面凹凸处产生局部腐蚀,造成裂纹易于从此处萌生,降低疲劳寿命。Ultra high cycle fatigue performance of 895 MPa strength grade 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel under the room temperature,22%NaCl condition and 95℃vapour respectively were investigated by using ultrasonic vibration fatigue testing machine and SEM.The result reveals that in the above three conditions,the fatigue limit of this material is respectively 490 MPa,460 MPa and360 MPa under the 109 life cycle times.By SEM analyzing the fracture,the conclusion shows that 95℃vapour has little effect on fracture characteristics of the material fatigue fracture.Whereas local corrosion will occur on the concave and convex surface of the material in the 22%NaCl environment,which results in the initiation of cracks and reduces the fatigue life.
