摘 要:以超临界CO_(2)为发泡剂,采用质量衰减法测试发泡剂在聚苯醚(PPO)/聚苯乙烯(PS)中的溶解扩散性,在静态条件下系统研究了工艺参数及PPO/PS组成对CO_(2)溶解度与扩散系数的影响,建立了温度、压力及PPO含量与CO_(2)溶解度的定量关系。结果表明,CO_(2)在PPO/PS中的溶解度随着PPO含量的增加而增加,随着压力的增加和温度的降低而增大;扩散系数随着PPO含量的增加而减小,随着温度的升高和饱和压力的增大而增大。In this paper,supercritical CO_(2)was used as a foaming agent to investigate its dissolution and diffusivity in PPO/PS blends through a weight decay method.The effects of process parameter and PPO/PS composition on the solubility and diffusion coefficient of CO_(2)were systematically studied under static conditions.The quantitative relationship between the temperature,pressure,and PPO content and the CO_(2)solubility was established.The results indicated that the solubility of CO_(2)in PPO/PS blends increased with an increase in the PPO content and pressure but a decrease in temperature.The diffusion coefficient decreased with an increase in the PPO content but increased with an increase in temperature and saturation pressure.
