摘　　要：利用新型HR催化剂,在中国石化第三代环管法聚丙烯装置上开发了具有更高模量和冲击性能的抗冲聚丙烯树脂PPB-M09,利用IR、DSC、力学性能测试、DMA等方法对它的力学性能及组成进行了分析,并探讨了结构与性能的关系。实验结果表明,PPB-M09具有优异的刚韧平衡性,在相同的乙烯含量条件下,PPB-M09的简支梁缺口冲击强度、拉伸屈服应力、弯曲弹性模量、洛氏硬度、热变形温度、维卡软化温度等均优于对比树脂。相比对比树脂,PPB-M09的结晶温度提高11℃,熔点提高4℃,结晶度略有提高,即在保证高冲击性能的基础上,提升了刚性。PPB-M09的分子量较低,分子量分布窄,与对比树脂的橡胶相分散情况相似。Using a new HR catalyst,the impact polypropylene copolymer PPB-M09 with high modulus and impact was manufactured on a Sinopec 3^(rd) generation tubular loop reactor.The mechanical properties and the composition of the copolymer were characterized by IR,DSC,mechanical testing,DMA and the relationship between the resin structure and properties was investigated.The results showed that PPB-M09 has excellent rigidness and toughness balance.At a similar ethylene content,PPB-M09 has higher Charpy notched impact strength,tensile yield stress,the flexural modulus of elasticity,Rockwell hardness,heat distortion temperature and Vicat softening temperature.Compared to the reference resin,the crystalline point and the melting point of PPB-M09 are increased by 11℃and 4℃,respectively.The crystallinity of PPB-M09 is slightly higher than that of the reference.Therefore,a high rigidness is achieved when manufacturing PPB-M09 with an improvement in toughness.Furthermore,PPB-M09 has a lower molecular weight and a narrower molecular weight distribution than the reference resin.The distribution of the rubber phase in PPB-M09 is similar to that in the reference resin.
