摘 要:采用UNIPOL气相流化床聚乙烯反应器生产DFDA-7042牌号的线型低密度聚乙烯和DMDA-8007牌号的高密度聚乙烯时,会产生不同形态的块料,将块料不同部位的试样与粉料进行对比,利用GPC,DSC,ICP等方法对试样进行了表征,探究了不同块料的生成与生长机理。实验结果表明,DFDA-7042块料生成与生长的主要原因是共聚单体的存在破坏了分子链结构规整性,降低了起始熔融温度和熔点,导致树脂熔融结块,随着反应的进行最终长成大块;DMDA-8007块料生成与生长的主要原因可能是反应器内局部流化状态不佳,导致粉料长时间悬浮聚集,无法撤热导致粉料熔融结块,不断生长成小块料。When UNIPOL gas phase fluidized bed polyethylene reactor is used to produce linear low density polyethylene DFDA-7042 and high density polyethylene DMDA-8007,different types of agglomeration will be formed.The samples of different parts of the agglomeration were compared with corresponding granular powder,and were characterized by GPC,DSC and ICP to explore the formation and growth mechanism of different types of agglomeration.The results show that the main reason of the formation and growth of the agglomeration of DFDA-7042 is that the presence of comonomer disrupts the structural regularity of polymer chain and lowers the initial melting temperature and melting point,facilitating the formation of agglomeration and development into large size.In contrast,the formation of the agglomeration of DMDA-8007 is most likely caused by locally inadequate fluidization and therefore insufficient heat removal inside the reactor,leading to the continuous generation of small size agglomeration.
