摘 要:以阔叶箬竹为研究对象,开展了母株筛选、截秆和密度处理、生长调节剂鞭根处理综合试验,旨在为阔叶箬竹容器苗培育提供技术支撑。结果表明:(1)分株扩繁母株地径对新叶数、新竹数和鞭径有极显著正向影响,较母株高度和节数影响更显著;对地径分级的分析表明,新叶数、新竹数和鞭径在径级间差异显著或极显著。(2)截秆高度(A)和种植密度(B)的处理组合间新竹数、新叶数、萌鞭数和最大叶宽均有显著或极显著差异;极差分析表明,母株密度为主要影响因素,且两因素间有明显的交互作用,以A 2B 2为最佳理论处理组合,即2株母株截秆高度50 cm的箬竹容器苗综合生长性状最佳,此时新叶数量为9.42片·株^(-1)、最大叶宽为4.06 cm、新竹数为1.30株·盆^(-1)、新鞭数为1.40鞭·盆^(-1)。(3)生长调节剂处理结果表明,不同浓度萘乙酸处理对萌鞭数、鞭长、萌鞭率和鞭根生物量均有显著或极显著影响,但对鞭径的影响不显著,其中50 ppm处理的新鞭鞭径、鞭长和生物量最大,100 ppm处理的萌鞭数和萌鞭率最大。综上认为,母株选择以地径为主要筛选指标,且以地径大于6 mm的2年生母株为佳,种植前母株留秆高度为50 cm,剪除所有枝叶,然后将根系浸泡在100 ppm的萘乙酸溶液中30 min,裹泥浆种植,每盆种植1~2株母株为宜。The comprehensive experiments on mother plant selection,shoot cutoff and density treatment,growth regulator treatment of Indocalamus latifolius ramets were carried out to provide the technical supports for its containerized cultivation.The basal diameter of mother plant positively affected the numbers of new leaves,young shoots,and rhizome diameter,which was more significantly remarkable than mother plant height and nodes.The basal diameter of mother plant was classified into three classes,indicating that the new leaf number,shoot number,and rhizome diameter had significant or highly significant difference among the classes.The new leaf number,shoot number,rhizome number,and max leaf width among the combination treatments of cutoff height(A)and planting density(B)had significant even highly significant difference.The mother plant density was the dominant factor to the traits with the range analysis.There was an obvious interaction between treatment factors,therein A_(2)B_(2) was the best theoretical treatment combination,i.e.the best comprehensive performance was shown in the treatment of the container seedlings with two individuals of mother plants left 50 cm height,which had 9.42 leaf per plant,4.06 cm of max leaf width,1.3 plants of new shoots and 1.40 rhizomes.The NAA treatment demonstrated that,excepted for rhizome diameter,the rhizome s number,length,ratio,and biomass were highly significant or significant different among treatments,therein the length,diameter,and biomass of new rhizome had maximum in 50 ppm treatment,while ratio and number were highest in 100 ppm treatment.On all these counts,the basal diameter should be suggested as the dominant index for mother plant selection,and the 2a individuals above 6 mm basal diameter were the optimal objects,retaining 50 cm height shoots and moving off all leaves and branches.After then,the treated rhizome was immersed in 100 ppm NAA solution for 30 min,and finally mixed with mud before plantation.1-2 individuals per container were suitable.
