摘 要:以聚乳酸(PLA)和聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸-丁二酯(PBAT)为原料,利用挤出流延机制备共混流延厚片,并通过双向拉伸设备将厚片拉伸成膜,研究了不同质量比例的PLA和PBAT对PLA/PBAT共混物的成膜性能、力学性能和光学性能的影响,发现当PLA和PBAT质量比例为7∶3时,PLA/PBAT可以顺利拉伸成膜,且断裂伸长率达到最大值,薄膜韧性得到提高的同时保持较好的强度和光学性能。然后以乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)为相容剂,在PLA和PBAT质量比为7∶3时,研究不同质量份数ATBC对PLA/PBAT共混薄膜力学性能、热稳定性性能、光学性能以及热力学性能的影响。结果表明:当加入0.5%质量分数的ATBC时,共混薄膜综合性能达到最佳,其中拉伸强度由不含ATBC时的76.32 MPa提高到85.21 MPa,热收缩率(80℃,30 min)为2.16%,比未添加ATBC时降低了9.24%。The effect of different mass ratios of polylactic acid(PLA) and poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT) on the film forming property,mechanical properties and optical properties of PLA/PBAT blend films was studied by extrusion casting and biaxial stretching.When the mass ratio of PLA and PBAT in the mixture is 7∶3,PLA/PBAT thick sheets can be smoothly stretched into a film with maximum elongation at break,and the toughness of the film is improved while maintaining good strength and optical properties.Then,the influence of different mass fractions of acetyl tributyl citrate(ATBC) on the mechanical properties,thermal stablility,optical properties and thermodynamic performance of PLA/PBAT blend films was studied when the mass ratio of PLA and PBAT is 7∶3.The results show that the omprehensive performance of the PLA/PBAT blend films are the best when 0.5%mass fraction ATBC is added.Among them,the tensile strength is increased from 76.32 MPa without ATBC to 85.21 MPa,and the heat shrinkage rate(80℃,30 min) is 2.16%,which is 9.24% lower than when ATBC is not added.
