摘  要:以聚对苯二甲酸(PTA)、1,3-丙二醇(1,3-PDO)与1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)制备具有低结晶性能的聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇-co-1,4-环己烷二甲酯(PTTG)作为第三组分,采用熔融挤出法制备易于染色的低结晶度丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)/聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二酯(PTT)/PTTG三元共混复合材料。通过差示扫描量热仪、热重分析、扫描电子显微镜和电子万能试验机考察了PTTG的质量分数对ABS/PTT/PTTG复合材料的热稳定性、断面形貌、相容性及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着PTTG共聚酯含量增加,ABS/PTT/PTTG复合材料的熔融温度和结晶性能逐渐降低,结晶度由48.08%降低到24.42%,PTTG对ABS/PTT复合材料具有明显的增容作用,同时材料的热稳定性也逐渐提高。当PTTG的质量分数达到25%时,有较为明显的屈服现象,复合材料断面发生韧性断裂,呈现韧性断裂特征;拉伸强度和弯曲强度随着PTTG含量的增加逐渐降低,当PTTG的质量分数达到25%时,复合材料的缺口冲击强度达到4.4 k J/m~2,较ABS/PTT复合材料提高了29.41%。Poly (1,3-propanediol-co-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol)(PTTG) with low crystallinity was prepared from poly (tere‐phthalic acid)(PTA),1,3-propanediol (1,3-pdo) and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM).PTTG as the third component,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic (ABS)/poly(1,3-propylene terephthalate)(PTT)/PTTG ternary blend composite with low crystallinity was prepared by melt extrusion method.The effects of PTTG content on the thermal stability,cross-sectional morphol‐ogy,compatibility and mechanical properties of ABS/PTT/PTTG composites were investigated by differential scanning calorim‐eter,thermogravimetric,scanning electron microscope and electronic universal testing machine.The results show that with the in‐crease of PTTG copolyester content,the melting temperature and crystallinity of ABS/PTT/PTTG composites gradually decrease,and the crystallinity decreases from 48.08%to 24.42%.PTTG has obvious compatibilization effect on ABS/PTT composites,and the thermal stability of the composites is also gradually improved.When the mass fraction of PTTG reaches 25%,there is obvious yield phenomenon,and the fracture surface of the composite is ductile fracture,showing the characteristics of ductile fracture.The tensile strength and bending strength gradually decrease with the increase of PTTG content.When the mass content of PTTG reach25%,the notched impact strength of the composite reach 4.4 k J/m~2,which is 29.41%higher than that of ABS/PTT composite.
