摘  要:为辅助颅骨损伤患者手术治疗,避免二次接触损伤,依据患者颅骨CT断层扫描数据,使用医学影像、反求工程、增材制造以及数字化建模等技术,设计了一种无创伤聚乳酸(PLA)颅骨保护罩。通过四因素三水平正交试验表及田口方法,以层厚、填充率、打印速度及填充图案四个工艺参数为主要研究目标,以拉伸强度和弯曲弹性模量为优化目标,进行拉伸试验和三点弯曲试验。结果表明,加工工艺参数对柔性PLA成型件拉伸性能和弯曲性能的影响顺序从大到小为:填充率>层厚>打印速度>填充图案。拉伸性能的最优工艺参数为层厚0.2 mm,填充率100%,打印速度80 mm/s,填充图案三角形。弯曲性能的最优工艺参数为层厚0.15 mm,填充率100%,打印速度60 mm/s,填充图案三角形。最后根据综合评分法得出了PLA材料3D打印成型试验件的最优工艺参数为层厚0.15 mm,填充率100%,打印速度80 mm/s,填充图案三角形,并根据最优工艺参数进行PLA颅骨保护罩样品的增材制造。To assist the surgical treatment of patients with skull injury and avoid secondary contact injury,a non-invasive polylactic acid(PLA) skull protective cover was designed based on the CT scanning data of patients with skulls by using medical imaging,reverse engineering,additive manufacturing,and digital modeling technology.Through four factors and three levels of orthogonal test table and Taguchi method,the tensile test and three-point bending test were carried out with the four process parameters of layer thickness,filling rate,printing speed,and filling pattern as the main research objectives,and the tensile strength and bending modulus as the optimization objectives.The results show that the influence order of processing parameters on the tensile and bending properties of flexible PLA molded parts is:filling rate > layer thickness > printing speed > filling pattern.The optimal process parameters of tensile properties are layer thickness of 0.2 mm,the filling rate of 100%,printing speed of 80 mm/s and filling pattern triangle.The optimal process parameters of bending performance are layer thickness of 0.15 mm,the filling rate of 100%,the printing speed of 60 mm/s and the filling pattern triangle.Finally,according to the comprehensive scoring method,the optimal process parameters of the 3D printing molding test piece of PLA material were obtained as follows:the thickness of the layer is 0.15 mm,the filling rate is 100%,the printing speed is 80 mm/s,the filling pattern is the triangle.According to the optimal process parameters,the additive manufacturing of the PLA skull protective cover sample was carried out.
