摘 要:吸波蜂窝夹芯结构通常由胶粘剂将透波蒙皮、吸波蜂窝芯、反射板粘接构成,除材料本征参数及尺寸因素外,工艺结构缺陷同样会对夹芯结构吸波性能产生重要影响。使用CST软件建模仿真,并制备典型样件进行垂直反射率测试,分别分析了板芯脱粘、蒙皮分层、纤维混杂等工艺结构缺陷对夹芯结构吸波性能的影响。结果表明:板芯脱粘缺陷、蒙皮分层缺陷和背衬纸夹杂缺陷对制件吸波性能影响不大,但是透波蒙皮中碳纤维混杂会显著影响样件电磁特性,随着碳纤维夹杂含量增加,复合材料的吸波性能呈现出先提高后降低的趋势。当单元面内碳纤维体积含量<1.6%时,夹芯结构在2~4 GHz的吸收性能会得到提升,当单元面内碳纤维体积含量>10%时,夹芯结构在2~18GHz的吸收性能均明显降低。其中,当单元面内碳纤维体积含量为0.67%时,夹芯结构在S波段的平均损耗为-17.06dB,在C波段的平均损耗为-14.48 dB,在X波段的平均损耗为-12.74 dB,在Ku波段的平均损耗为-12.20 dB,呈现较好的吸波特性。Absorbing honeycomb sandwich structure is usually composed of wave-permeable skin,absorbing honeycomb core,reflective plate and adhesive,in addition to material intrinsic parameters and size factors,structural defects also have important effects on the absorbing performance of sandwich structure.CST software was used for modeling and simulation,and typical samples were prepared for vertical reflectance testing,which aimed to study the effect of debonding,skin delamination,skin fiber mixing of honeycomb sandwich on electromagnetic absorption properties.The results indicate that core debonding,skin delamination and paper inclusion have little effect on the absorbing performance.While carbon fiber mixing in wave-permeable skin dramatically affect the electromagnetic properties of parts.With the increase of carbon fiber inclusion content,the absorption performance of composite material show a trend of first improving and then decreasing.When the volume content of carbon fiber is less than 1.6% in unit within surface,the absorption performance of sandwich structure would be improved in 2-4 GHz.When the volume content of carbon fiber is more than 10% in unit within surface,the absorption performance of sandwich structure in 2-18 GHz are significantly reduced.Furthermore,when the volume content of carbon fiber in unit within surface is 0.67%,the average loss of the sandwich structure in S band is-17.06 d B,the average loss in C band is-14.48 dB,the average loss in X band is-12.74 dB,and the average loss in Ku band is-12.20 dB,showing a good wave absorption.
