摘 要:为揭示镜面混凝土质量影响因素及结构稳定性问题,以河南洛宁泄洪排沙隧洞二衬镜面混凝土结构为研究对象,通过正交试验测试不同配合比条件下不同振捣频率对镜面混凝土表观质量和强度影响,分析振捣工艺对镜面混凝土表观质量提升效率;应用数值模拟软件进行模拟计算,并结合现场监测数据对结构稳定性进行验证。结果表明:(1)振捣频率对混凝土质量影响为多因素耦合作用,100~200 Hz高频振捣可显著减少气泡产生,振实后的混凝土其回弹强度最高可提高至69 MPa;(2)提升振捣工艺可大幅提高混凝土外观质量,并有效改善混凝土施工质量;(3)仿真计算结果验证了镜面混凝土作为衬砌结构的可行性与稳定性。In order to reveal the influencing factors of mirror concrete quality and structural stability,the paper takes the secondary lining mirror concrete structure of Luoning flood and sediment discharge tunnel in Henan Province as the research object,the influence of different vibration frequencies on the apparent quality and strength of mirror concrete under different mixing ratios was tested by orthogonal test to analyze the efficiency of improving the apparent quality of mirror concrete by vibration process.The numerical simulation software was used to simulate and calculate.In addition,the structural stability was verified by field monitoring data.The results show that:(1)the influence of vibration frequency on the quality of concrete is a multi-factor coupling process.100~200 Hz high frequency vibration can effectively reduce bubbles,and the rebound strength of the vibrated concrete can be increased to 69 MPa.(2)Improving the vibration process can greatly improve the appearance quality of concrete and effectively enhance the construction quality of concrete.(3)The simulation results verify the feasibility and stability of mirror concrete as a lining structure.
